Art this week by Emily Quintero, or emilydraws on the tumbls. I really enjoy the movement in her pieces, and the twists on reality, the use of colors, and the way she deconstructs the figures she’s portraying, and yet the skill underneath is still so obvious. Some of the pieces on her tumblr are straight figure drawing and they’re also amazing.
The last image below is just a reminder that I’m still sad about David Bowie.
